30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is dispatched to return any item that doesn't meet your expectations. Whether it's a sizing issue, a change of heart, or anything else, we’re here to support you.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Change of Mind – If the item doesn’t suit your home or pet.
Incorrect Size – Because your companion deserves the perfect fit.
Faulty or Damaged Item – We stand by the quality of our premium pet accessories.
Wrong Item Delivered – We’ll correct this immediately.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for certain items once opened or used:

Personalized or customized items
Products with broken hygiene seals
Items classified as non-returnable for sanitary reasons

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is quick and easy.

Step 1: Contact Us

Your order number
The item(s) you want to return
The reason for the return
Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 2 working days, we’ll send you:
A confirmation of your return request
Return address details
A prepaid return label if applicable

Step 3: Send Your Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
Include your order number inside
Use a tracked delivery service for safety

We recommend tracked shipping for all returns to ensure your item is received and your refund is processed without delay.

Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or refund your postage.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size:
For change-of-mind returns or sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping. However, we will add a small postage reimbursement to your refund as a courtesy.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

Inspection – Completed within 48 hours (2 working days)
Approval – Refund processed within 5–7 working days
Refund Method – Refunded to your original payment method

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (different size, colour, or style), simply tell us during your return request. We’ll handle the rest and dispatch your replacement promptly.
