Shipping Questions

A: We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We're expanding to Europe and North America soon—sign up to our newsletter for updates.

A: Standard UK delivery takes 3–7 business days from order placement. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

A: Yes, all orders ship free within the UK no minimum purchase

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

A: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at hello@petpaltreasures.com  and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Returns & Refunds
Questions

A: Email us at hello@petpaltreasures.com  with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label (for faulty items).

A: You have 30 days to return items for any reason (change of mind). Faulty items can be returned within 12 months. We cover return shipping for faulty items; you cover it for change-of-mind returns.

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The money will appear in your original payment method.

A: Yes. Contact us at hello@petpaltreasures.com  with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. We'll arrange the swap for you.

A: We're sorry to hear that. Contact us immediately at hello@petpaltreasures.com  with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

A: We're expanding our personalisation options. Some items (collars, tags, bandanas) can be customised. Check individual product pages or contact us at hello@petpaltreasures.com  for details.

A: Email us at hello@petpaltreasures.com . We reply as soon as possible—usually within a few hours (within 12 hours during busy periods). Support hours: Monday–Sunday, 9am–6pm UK time.
